How To Cook Buffalo Chicken Wings - Spicy (Easy)(Fast)
INGREDIENTS
π1/4 cup all-purpose flour
π1/4 teaspoon Paprika
π1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
π1/4 teaspoon Salt
π10 chicken wings
πOil for deep frying
π1/4 Butter
π1/2 cup Hot Sauce
π1 pinch ground black pepper
π1 pinch Garlic Powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
πIn a small bowl mix flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt.
πPlace chicken wings in a large nonporous glass bowl.
πSprinkle flour mixture over the wings until they are even.
πCover the bowl and refrigerate for about 60 to 90 minutes.
πHeat oil in a deep fryer to 190℃.
πMix butter, hot sauce, pepper, and garlic powder in a small saucepan over a low flame.
πGive it a stir and heat until the butter is melted.
πKeep it aside and ready to serve.
πFry the marinated wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes. Fry them until they are golden brown.
πTurn off the gas and place the wings in a serving bowl.
πAdd the hot sauce give it a good stir.
πYour buffalo wings are ready to be served!
